A 10x version of a LEGO Classic

Purpose

Purpose

Using CAD, I created a 10x scaled version of LEGO set number 71037 (Series 24 Brown Astronaut & Space Baby Benny). As a devoted fan of LEGO Classic Space and Benny The Spaceman, this set holds a special place in my heart. The goal was to make a replica of the original minifigure that was fully posable and 100% 3D printed (no additional hardware or adhesives needed).

Step-by-step

Half-scale Print to Test Proportions

A 5x model was initially printed to test the proportions. Once all of the parts fit correctly, the models were scaled up and further refined to become more accurate replicas.
